The first 3 topics of ANY self-defense class that all instructors should be teaching are:
- How to increase your awareness
- How to identify indicators of risk
- Avoidance, taught well before how to block, kick and punch

Open to Women and Children 13 and up. Men are encouraged to attend as well.
